This is a chat aggregation app used by Xbox Support agents to respond to support requests from multiple channels. The app pulls in chats from email, forums, Twitter, online chat, etc and allows users to respond from one synchronized hub. Additionally, support requests include a timer to indicate how long the user has to take on a request and respond. The app is cross platform and responsive to run on mobile, tablets, and desktop. Work included wireframing, visual design, interaction design, and redlines / documentation.
